It is a nice looking toaster oven. Cooks toast well. I like the bagel option. No issues with the oven function as items cook as recommended. My only complaint is that the pull out tray is very noisy and jerky, not very smooth.

Bought this about a month ago to replace a less than desirable (non-Cuisinart) unit. This unit does everything that I give it perfectly. I once set the Darkness dial a bit higher to account for a bagel. I should have left it on the default setting. I have used just about every function and it has always performed perfectly. The only downside is that the Toast Done beep is quite loud and could be mistaken for a smoke alarm. Just be prepared for it.

For the PRICE and the NAME expected better. All the reviews claimed it was a non-stick, easy to clean,..... The broiler pan is eternally scarred if you even look at it, it cannot be cleaned. The top BLACK surface has scratches from merely setting something on it (has a micro-fine paint job on it). Disappointed.

I use it to toast and bake small containers of frozen food. It does and excellent job of both. Another good feature is that opening the doors pulls out the toaster rack.
