This is a great toaster / oven / broiler. The unit has great looks that are very appealing. The controls are very intuitive and super easy to use. The temperatures are accurate. We use this TOB for everything from making toast to cooking small meals. You can cook on different levels within the unit and it has an easy slide out tray for cleaning. If I were heading out to buy another unit - I would purchase this again!

This toaster oven is not great! No matter what setting I put it on for toast, the bottom part of the bread, bagel, English muffing ALWAYS burns. The way the oven is designed, the heating element heats on the bottom & it causes everything to burn. Decided to give this away.

Toasts evenly. I like that it has a “bagel” setting to toast only one side. Quicker than a 1500 watt toaster. Good size space-wise for our counter. Oven setting is quick and works well.

Generally happy with purchase. Initial toaster we purchased started having some power issues - non-responsive to pressing the "on" button, not running a full toast cycle when it would turn on, not beeping when turning off. The beep sound was also incredibly loud. After contacting customer service, they easily and quickly replaced the unit. Our new one is working well - and the beep is lower in volume! Only complaint is that the door hinge sometimes gets a bit sticky.
