I bought this model to replace the exact same model I'd had for a number of years which I loved. The newer model is not as good for two reasons. 1) the bell to alert you the food is ready is too low. 2) the toaster does not brown as good as the older model. I do like the size and it's perfect for cooking for one or two people.

The inside of the oven is the only thing I have a problem with. It is not easy to get to to clean.
