This is a replacement oven to the same one that I bought 12 years ago that finally failed. I liked the first one and it fit my needs perfectly. Luckily the same model is still manufactured so I purchased it. Hope this one lasts as long as the other one did.

Had one for years but this replacement unfortunately doesn’t toast properly at all. Have to set it all the way at ‘Dark’ and still one cycle is not sufficient for golden brown. Disappointing.

It's fine and does the job. However the outside cabinet gets quite hot. I don't leave anything on top that I don't wont to get hot. A good place to warm up dinner dishes, however.

This is a great product. It’s larger than my last toaster oven, which is great for food prep for multiple kids. The crumb tray pulls out very easily for cleaning, and actually covers the entire bottom for easy cleaning and maintenance. I haven’t used the broiler feature yet, but baking, bagels, and toasting all work great. Definitely recommend!

The only negative I have... the numbers and lettering on the dials are difficult to see unless the room lighting is just right. Sometimes it helps if I read them at an angle other than straight on.
