To small. Awkward to use. Rack is hard to use and can't see the dials well for cooking selections and temps. Really regret purchase! Burn hazard to hands during operation.

The toaster oven is a little smaller than expected, but it works great. It browns my toast quickly and evenly. The latch on the door that is supposed to pull the rack out as you open the door isn't the best design and could be improved. I was a little disappointed that there is not a timer on the oven. Otherwise, it works great!
