Got a cuisinart Custom classic toaster oven, and it's great except.....I think the top tray is too close to the top surface of the oven. Makes my feel like there's not enough room for anything that is remotely tall....and there isn't! So....tray out and use the bottom solid tray, can't put the other tray on top, because it's too wide to fit....So that is a feature that I definitely don't like

Rack should of been design flat . Should be able use broiler pan and rack together. Has no built in timer.
