I like that the rack comes out automatically when toasting. Toasts quickly but bottom comes out a little darker than the top. Very easy to clean and remove crumb tray. Hard to fit an 11-inch frozen pizza without hitting the sides of the oven and pizza doesn't fit in the baking pan only on the rack. The baking pan can't be used on top of the rack but has to be placed into grooves inside the oven which makes it more difficult. Would be better with a timer. Oven casing makes banging noises when heating and cooling. Very easy to use.

This toaster oven is fantastic! It has worked great for us:) I particularly like its ability to reheat pizza and French fries and have them crispy and crunchy, and not soggy like in a microwave. We use the bagel function almost every day ~ they turn out perfect! This is one of the best purchases we have made:)
