This is a very nice toaster oven. Probably 30 years ago I had another brand, not cruisnart, and I didn’t like it. So when my husband suggested trying this brand, I was reluctant. GOOD NEWS, I love it for toast, baking small items, reheating food, etc., plus it is easy to clean. Just a great toaster oven!

This model replaced an older and larger which was used for many years with no problems. This smaller size is suitable but there’s no indication on the TOTALLY black selection knobs when you turn it to choose your selection..it’s all by feeling the raised section of the knob. The larger model had silver knobs that were much easier to see and use.

Disappointing product. Was smoking every time we used it, even just toast. A couple times kept beeping even after it was done and nothing was in it. Didn’t feel like it was safe to use so returned it.

It works fine but to use the "bake" settings you recommend is a disaster. Heating things up as directed will often cause them to burn. Baking things on your settings often have similar issues. Use the lowest rack level and things cook and warm fine. The dials are hard to read. The temperature settings seem to be incorrect. They are too hot. But adjust for all this and it works fine.
