The door opens quickly and slams on the counter. The drip pan is difficult to clean, it stains easily even when using non-stick spray. I like using it to bake and not using my large oven on my stove.

Overall great product. I wish Cuisinart would replace the fryer basket with something that’s easier to clean. There are some nonstick options out there, but have to be purchased separately.
