It’s definitely a learning curve switching from a small basket air fryer to this Cadillac but so far very happy with it. I’m determined to not use my regular oven unless absolutely necessary. I’ve tried baking, toasting and air frying and have not been disappointed.
Confusing to use, and the timer doesn’t count down
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far so good. Used the air fryer for sweet potatoes, fish, and kale chips and Happy with results. Also used it to bake potatoes wedges...yum. Unit doesn't get too hot as others have noted, the only improvement needed is a longer cord. Not everyone has a kitchen counter with a lot of space and easy outlet access, so a longer cord could be beneficial. Dials work but a little sensitive to the turn. Overall I'm a happy user but the cord issue is the only con for the 4 stars.
The instruction leaflet is not very explanatory for someone who has never used an air fryer oven. It was necessary for me to purchase an additional cuisinart cookbook to get some information to help. You should include it with oven since it is a high quality appliance.
I wanted a toaster oven with a smaller footprint than my old one. This fit the bill and added air frying. So far I’ve tried toasting, warming and air frying. All perfect. My only complaint is that the crumb tray doesn’t go into the dishwasher. So far I’ve been unable to find any crumb tray that’s dishwasherable.
