Have used these several times since Christmas. They are excellent and look very nice in the kitchen. I have not tried cooking in the oven with them as yet. Cuisinart stainless steel pots and pans are great.
Clean the pots and pans in warm soapy water with a soft sponge and dry with a soft cloth or paper towel.
To season the pots and pans. In a clean stainless steel pan, add 1 tbsp of oil with a high smoke point. Heat the pan on low to medium heat, till you start seeing light smoke. Tilt the pan so that the oil is applied all around the pan. Turn off the heat and let the pan cool down.
When cooking start at a low heat, rather than high, and gradually increase heat on burner. If you use high heat you run the risk of burning or warping the bottom of the pan.
To clean after cooking food, simply rinse the pan under hot water and wipe out with a paper towel. If there is hard stuck on food in the pan boil some water let it sit for about 30 minutes and it should come right off. Another way to get food stains out of the pan is to buy some Bartenders Friend. This is specifically for stainless steel items such as pots and pans.

Very happy with this set so far, I got them as a Christmas/house warming present so still very new. Definitely take the time to look up how to cook with them properly. For example I watched a quick clip on how to cook an egg without it sticking, used a simple water trick to test the heat and was very happy with the nearly non stick results. They work very similar to a set my mom has that she's had for nearly 30 years. I'd expect them to hold up for the long run.

Terrible. I don’t know if we are using them wrong because our other cuisine art products are great but these are absolutely terrible. Everything sticks to them, they look terrible after use. Awful product.

This is a beautiful classy set of cookware that not only looks great but functions just as well. I was mine right after it cools and dry it and place it gently in its place of glory in my cabinet. It almost makes it a delight to cook. I love the easiness of cleaning and how it cooks so evenly. Would I buy it again? ONE HUNDRED TIMES YES!!!!
