Cuisinart Use and Adjustment in Cooking Style

Impressed by the quality of this product. The only problem we have is that it takes a more sophisticated cooking style to achieve desired results. It is professional grade. Careful about cooking too high a temperature, it conducts heat very well. . Still have not mastered cooking eggs. Sometimes sticks to the bottom but learning. Over-light has been accomplished by adding more oil in pan but scrambled eggs still a problem with Eggs sticking to the bottom of the pan. Cleans very well but must be kept clean after every use.

This is a beautiful classy set of cookware that not only looks great but functions just as well. I was mine right after it cools and dry it and place it gently in its place of glory in my cabinet. It almost makes it a delight to cook. I love the easiness of cleaning and how it cooks so evenly. Would I buy it again? ONE HUNDRED TIMES YES!!!!

I Like Them! I can go from cooktop or oven right to the table and they look beautiful. You still need, however, a no-stick pan for sticky things like eggs.

Very happy with this set so far, I got them as a Christmas/house warming present so still very new. Definitely take the time to look up how to cook with them properly. For example I watched a quick clip on how to cook an egg without it sticking, used a simple water trick to test the heat and was very happy with the nearly non stick results. They work very similar to a set my mom has that she's had for nearly 30 years. I'd expect them to hold up for the long run.
