It's very frustrating, this pan is not non-stick at all. If you do not believe me, try it yourself. Fry an egg on it and see what happens. I returned my first one which I thought maybe defective. I got a replacement and it behaved exactly the same way. Could it be I don't know how to use it. I think only Cuisinart can tell us the real story.

The amazing pan is the “PREFERRED PAN 4 PC SET”. With no stove, no propane to cook on but I do have this wonderful pot from Cuisinart. On a electric burner the simple task of boiling for noodles for spaghetti. To a bit more complex Pot Roast dinner. It is in your name, we can make art with all of your products. That why we choose the brand Cuisinart. “From a Savory beginning to a Sweet ending”.

I liked this pan so much after buying one that I now have two. It’s serious non stick, even with cheese, egg or seared meat. I’ve used this pan to pretty much to everything. It’s solid and well balanced but not too heavy. Plus it heats quickly and evenly. Finally they look good! Cooking should be fun. This pan delivers.

I think this pan works great. I steamed some broccoli and it was better than expected. I also made some sauce and the pan cooks evenly. This was a great purchase. However I'm a bit disappointed that you can't put it in the oven higher than 350 or longer than 15 to 20 minutes.

I really love this pan. I have made spaghetti sauce in it, steamed in it & few other things. Very nice pan, nice size. I only wish it could go in the oven also. Other than that, I am very happy with this purchase & hightly recommend.
