This is the best food processor I've owned. Very efficient and easy to operate! It is stylish enough to keep on my counter. I've never wanted to do that in the past.
Works wonders, specially for a family of 6. Gorgeous to look at, medium sized and sleek on my countertop besides my Cuisinart Air-Fryer Oven. I’ve started making “Zero Oil” Chicken, Meat, Veggies, etc after I purchased this Food Processor. The Best thing I LOVE about it is, it can hold all my blades within the Food Processor, so I don’t need any extra space to store them. I use it almost everyday and cleaning it is just as easy. I had a Bigger one earlier (a 13 cup), which I gave to a friend of mine, who blesses me whenever she uses it.
I love this food processor so much!!! My old one was about 15 yrs old. I wanted the new one just because, they're making them better and better and i wanted the different blades. Oh man, they REALLY ARE making them better. I loved the one i had, but I'm obsessed with how smooth this one operates!
This is my second Cuisinart food processor. My first I bought 30 years ago and is still going strong; gave it to my Grandson who enjoys cooking. Brought the new because I figured it was time to upgrade; there was no question of what I was going to buy. Am glad I did, the improvements are wonderful, I especially like the compactness of storing everything in one unit. Now I want the chopper and blender attachments.
The processor is a great size for a small household. I have only had it for a week and have already grated cheese, made chimichurri, slaw, pesto, and very thin cucumber slices for a salad. The small hole in the feeder made it easy to incorporate liquids while procesisng. It came with a useful assortment of blades and I like the way they nestle in the bowl for storage. I like that this is a base model with other optional accessories that can be added for continuous feed, small batches, and dicing. The size is also perfect for storing in a deep drawer, keeping my countertop clear.
I bought this to replace my old Cuisinart, and am really enjoying using it. The plastic bowl is thicker and seems to be sturdier than in the old model. The shredding/slicing attachments are two-sided, giving me four options with only two disks. And the blade remains in the vial when I turn it over to remove the contents.
