A kitchen necessity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience using this caliber food processor. I have definitely been missing out. When I say this is a cook's dream. This food processor is huge and it is powerful. I wanted to chop up a chicken to make Chicken Rotel Spaghetti. The Cuisnart Core 10 Cup process did what takes me about 30 minutes to do by hand in 1 to minutes. If you like making things from scratch which usually require a lot of chopping and shredding this is simply a must have. I can't wait to bring it out during the holidays. This will make cooking a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i can’t believe i’m so excited about a food processor? i have a small kitchen aid food processor but i’m unable to have attachments like the ones provided with the cuisinart food processor as well as make things like pie dough and larger batches of hummus. i also can’t wait to try out the grating attachments and the built in storage vessel is also great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Cuisinart Core Custom 10-Cup food processor is a powerful piece of machine for your kitchen to match any decor. I have been using this for a few days now and it has been great. I have been using this for everything from shredding cheese to slicing up fruits and vegetables. The food processor is super easy to use. It has buttons for Low, High and Pulse. The unit comes with two shredding and slicing blades and a regular blade and when you are all done, it all packs up nicely in the processing cup to put away. Really nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this up specifically for shredding vegetables with ease, which it does! With different options, you can shred a cabbage in seconds. Love it! Vegetables in fun and interesting textures? Yep, can do that too.
I'm usually on the minimalistic side, and tend to do everything by hand mostly due to cleanup (and avoiding it). But, this does make prep work so much faster and the cleanup is rinse, or a minor wash, and worst case in the dishwasher it goes.
I like the speed options now for blades as well as the instant pulse on, always a fan favorite.
I find the 10-cup size perfect for my needs, a family of 5 in preparation for various side dishes or kneading a flatbread dough.
Counter space footprint is great, smaller than my coffee machine or my mixer.
I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very high quality machine. It is well designed and all functions are superior. This machine is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend it. It is so easy to use and clean. Made an enormous batch of vegetables for a casserole that sliced up in seconds in perfect uniform size. I also use this Cuisinart Core Custom food processor for mixing dough and pie crust, and the results are always great.
