This machine is so easy to assemble, use and the cuts and shreds are consistent every time. We have made so many things that we never thought possible. We do not even buy pre-shredded cheese anymore. Freshly shredded cheese is SO MUCH better tasting and healthier, takes about 5 seconds to shred a block of cheddar. Highly recommend for your kitchen!

It's Okay. I wish it came with plastic blade for dough. Metal is to sharp to knead dough. Also wish you made the slice blade to adjust for thickness like on other models. You should think about more extra blades plus dicing set to go with this model. Then I would give you 5 stars!

This is a great machine! What a good idea, you can slice or shred things like potatoes into a pot and save washing an extra bowl. It’s easy to clean, fast and just perfect with the continuous feed!

To be honest, I am disappointed with the 9-cup food processor. It seems underpowered. It is not as sturdy as my old 10 cup food processor. It is closer to a mini processor than it is to a sturdy 13 cup processor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While the regular bowl works as expected (this is my 2nd Cuisinart food processor) I have had a lot of trouble with the attachment that shoots the food into an outside bowl. (It seemed like a great idea when I was shopping for a new food processor - now I wish I had just bought a regular one) I have tried it several times with different types of food (cabbage, cheese, etc.) and have had not so great results. It clogs easily, regardless of what is being processed and because the spout is so small it is hard to un-clog it without removing the entire bowl (which makes a HUGE mess) I have contemplated returning it, but I got a really good price and the regular bowl works well and returning it would be too much trouble. I would not recommend this product - Just buy the old school food processor and don't be dazzled by the new feature.
