I have a mini food processor by Cuisinart. I now need something larger as I have not got time to waste on grating and slicing by hand any longer. This 7-cup model has exceeded all my expectations. The only issue I have had was figuring out how to put the cover properly on the processor bowl so I could use it. Once I got past that, it has been most excellent.
