It's large capacity to hold shredded veggies, ability to change the blade to puree the veggies into dough and durability for the machine not be overworked, saved me a few hours at a minimum making a well known Puerto Rican dished called pasteles!! A typical festive dish that I'm considering making mid-year again with this processor!. Thank you Cuisinart!

Finally had to replace my tiny Cuisinart processor

Perfect size and lightweight. I went from a very tiny one to the seven cup and am thrilled. I considered getting the larger one but after reading reviews realized that the seven cup is the right size for a family of three.

My previous Cuisinart Food Processor died after 30+ years of frequent use. This one does as good a job and is far easier to live with. It islighter weight and stores the accessories inside the bowl.
