Bought this about 2 months ago - size is great so I can often make dinner in this instead of using regular oven. It toasts things really well and preheats fast. My kids can use it easily and so it makes them more independent. Only drawback is the printing is already wearing off the buttons. I am pretty sure we will remember what is what but it is disappointing that the labels (start, temp. Etc) weren’t more durable

I love the convenience and speed of this toaster oven! It is the best for re-heating leftovers that you want to remain crispy (like french fries!) and making perfect nachos- It pre-heats really fast, and saves energy by giving you a timer that can auto-shut off the oven when complete. I also like the timing count down feature when toasting and the "shade" selection is pretty accurate. The pull out crumb tray is easy to clean- and the overall look is very classy.

I had a stand alone toaster oven before this and this oven is so superior. I can bake anything I desire in it (adjusting for size) and it does the job beautifully. Makes toast and bagels to virtually any shade, and it is easy to clean! One of the best purchases you will make if you are looking to replace a toaster oven.
