Easy to use controls with multitudes of fixed settings while giving the option of variable temperature and time control.
Convection fan makes a huge difference in cook times and allows heat all around the food rather than radiating from the top or from the bottom only.
Nice looking and takes little counter space for the size of the oven.

I bought this primarily to make toast so I have not yet used it for any other purpose. My rating is based on the fact that I like items lightly toasted and to get to my preference, I basically have to stand beside the machine to watch the time. None of the pre-set settings match my needs. I haven't used it for any other purpose yet.

So far we are happy with our toaster oven. The size is good for the spot on counter to replace our other toaster oven. I know that there were problems with the paint coming off of the buttons but since we do not use them that much and since I painted over them with clear finger nail polish; I hope to not have the problem. I have baked corn bread in oven and temp. seems ok. Toasting bagel and bread has been good once you find the right level.

I have been happy with this toaster oven after my 12 year old oven gave out. Easy to use, everything has been properly cooked, and the buttons are easy to use. I sometimes wish that the racks did not have 3 different positions but once I memorized the guidelines it was no longer a concern.

I have had this for a few weeks and I really like it! It makes perfect toast every time whether it's one slice or 2. I have reheated pizza in it and I made an enchilada casserole that was perfect. I live alone now and it's so nice not to have to use the big oven just for me. My only concern was reading that people complained that the writing rubs off of the buttons after some time. Some said they put clear nail polish on the buttons and have never had that problem.
