I love this toaster oven with the exception of the baking pan. The first time I used it the pan came out discolored like food was on it. I had a piece of parchment paper under the bagel that I toasted and since then I have noticed that the baking pan has warped. This is a nice appliance, but I feel that the pan is of very cheap quality. I am now going to have to find a better pan online if I am lucky to replace the one that came with the oven.

Excellent Product! This is my second toaster oven from Cuisinart, and I'm so glad I waited until I found the right one. Our last one lasted over 10 years - and that is with HEAVY use. The prior toaster oven was still perfect, it just had wear and tear, like you would imagine for such heavy use for so long. With our new Deluxe CTOB, besides toasting, we have baked, and broiled and the results were perfect. Easy to clean, even the stainless steel wipes right up! Cuisinart produces top quality small appliances, and this is just another example of this!!

This Oven make a Very Loud Popping noise, before the Pre-Heat sound, and whenever elements heat up. I wanted this brand since my other one lasted 10 years. My old one was super quiet. I hope I don't regret this purchase, since I'm a fan of the brand. Thanks
