This is a very good toaster oven with a convection feature. It gets hot enough to actually cook food up to 450 degrees and (pre)heats quickly. The
internal dimensions are generous at 13” x 12”. My ONLY issue with this appliance is that the print on the selector buttons Wears off fairly quickly.

You have to keep an eye on your toast to determine if it is better to set it on the 3 or 4 setting.
You also don’t have to heat up your kitchen with a Conventional oven If you are cooking smaller items.
Overall this product is convenient and easy to use and it fits well on your countertop.

Bought this to replace an older model of the same oven. Miss the controls of the other oven, this one is to sensitive a nano second and you miss the setting you are trying to reach. Over all the oven works OK. I bought because of the convection setting but it doesn't seem to work at crisping like I thought it would. Oven works like I thought toasting is OK.

Instructions aren't as clear as they should be. Have 3 different levels for rack, when do you use tray, a little too complicated. Works great whenever toasting, baking, etc. is done the right way.
