Easy to operate, great results baking, roasting, toast, pizza, etc. I use it exclusively now, no more big oven ( I live alone and often cook for 4 people.
Tray is easy to keep clean. Wish top and sides were more accessible, but not too bad to clean.

I would have given it 5 stars except for the fact the first one we bought quit after3 months. Customer service was great and they sent me a new one, but stainless steel instead of white, which is what we preferred. So far the unit is performing perfectly. We use it for toast and baking pizzas, etc. So far so good......

Love the coffee — makes it, and keeps it hotter than my previous maker (another brand)! Works great, but the beeping noise drives me (and especially my cat) crazy. It would be nice if there was an option to silence it, or at least reduce the volume. Also, it's a little hard to find the best way to fill the reservoir (probably because of the opened lid position). I'm using the Bar Rescue "long pour" method. The carafe is easy to clean due to the wide mouth. Because of this, the detachable lid doesn't bother me.
