Meh, its a coffee machine. I didn't' want a lot of bells and whistles, apps, and fancy things. I wanted a 10 cup, but the smallest is a 12 cup. It seems like companies like this are making things cheaper and cheaper... more breakable plastic parts -- replacing or repairing isn't an option anymore. Throwing them away or getting rid of the electronics is my responsibility and not the company's -- they just make them cheaper and breakable on purpose so I have to buy new. Well guess what.... I'm probably going to quit coffee just because your cheap products are destroying the earth. Make stuff that lasts a long time.
Very good functionality. No longer has variable temperature like my last Cuisinart. Lighting is too bright. Please go back to the less visible but more soothing darker LCD type display.
The machine makes great coffee. The down side, it's difficult to pour water into the machine and it's drips coffee when pouring into cups unless you pour super slow.
Really high quality, easy to use and good tasting coffee. It's a glass carafe so know it will get cooler faster than a thermal but wish it stayed a little hotter a little longer
I really like my new coffee maker. I have never bought this brand before but I like that it is quiet while brewing and the carafe does not drip every time you pour a cup.
I bought a replacement for my Cuisinart Coffee Maker from 15 years ago. This one is not as sturdy. The plastic is thinner. The top lid does not go back far enough to make it easy to pour water into the chamber.
