So far the item has functioned well, providing even cooking throughout the food. Toasted items come out browned to what you desire. Heats up quick to temperature setting. Some things could have been designed better. A pop-out tray would help avoid potential skin burns. The setting buttons are backlit and hard to see partially because of that. Larger text on the buttons and having the text lit, rather than the background, would definitely help the user to read easier.

Ordered this as an upgrade to my previous model and I'm very happy with it. A little more complicated to operate but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. Previous oven had the buttons sticking out so it took up more counter space, this one looks sharper and I definitely have more space on the counter. I like the option to turn the Convection feature on or off. I give it 5 stars!

I needed a smaller sized convection toaster oven to fit into a certain drawer. Most I brought home were either too large or too cheap looking with not many features. I have only made toast so far, which came out great.
I am looking forward to doing more. I really like how you make the selections and set the temperature. I do not like just turning a knob to guess what would give you the temperature that you need.
