The thin beaters with no center rod are a wonderful upgrade from old mixers.

I am pleased with this hand mixer so far. It replaced a 10 year old Kitchen Aid. I chose Cuisinart due to better reviews and a better warranty. I believe this mixer has more power than the Kitchen Aid, and the speeds are considerably faster. This one doesn't have a super slow starting speed like a Kitchen Aid does. I also find ejecting the beaters takes some getting used to. Overall, I would purchase again.

I love this mixer! It has the power I need and I prefer the round wire type of whisks it has versus the flat wire whisk my previous mixer had. It easily mixes through thicker doughs and is very easy to clean. I'm happy that I finally invested it a good mixer rather than buy another cheap one that burns out when mixing cookie dough. I expect that this mixer will last me many years to come.

I 've been needing to replace my previous mixer, so I bought this mixer . It had goods review, great price & I wanted a well known brand. I enjoyed using it several times @ Christmas, all my desserts came out light. It was easy to use & made quick work of beating batters & making whipped cream.
I would recommend this to a friend!
