I got this mixer for my birthday and I love it! It's light weight and fits in my hand perfectly! It's metal beaters are an assurance that your ingredients are being mixed well and with the different speeds makes it faster. It has a release trigger to release the beaters that is easy and fun. It comes with an instruction book that is step by step instructions and easy to understand with an extra bonus of some delicious recipes! Over all I am very happy with my birthday gift!

About this about a month ago i bought this mixer and I'm fairly pleased with it. I do find that this is heavy and a little on the big side. What I don't like about it is, in position 1 it still goes super fast and splatters everything everywhere. One should be slow and then graduate to fast or faster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very easy to use. Beaters eject easily. Have not used it with a thick batter. Low is not very slow and I would like a whisk attachment.

I've only had it a few months. It handles well. The weight is heavy duty for the size of it, so I feel it will last . The only suggestion I have is for the first speed to be less powerful, so more of the dry ingredients stays in the bowl, otherwise I'm glad to have purchased it.
