Strong motor, high speed, and well-designed beaters makes this mixer work much faster than the competition. I can get whipped cream
In under 60 seconds, often quicker. I am a cookbook writer, and I’ve used ‘em all. I accidentally dropped my last one from a height and I replaced it with the same model.

I bought this for convenience. Works well & is powerful enough for mixing mash potatoes, etc. I buy Cuisinart products for their durability.
I would recommend this to a friend!
