This is a great lighweight, low-priced hand mixed. Beaters eject by pulling up on a lever so they won't fall out when you are using the mixer. Many speeds for your various uses.

Speeds are too fast. It has plenty of power but needs slower speeds. Also I have had issues with the dough working it’s way up into where the beaters attach to the motor which makes cleanup difficult. A little disk on the beater blades would help.
