I am giving this 4 stars because the mixer has amazing power………however the beaters are very flimsy and the mixer is very light for the amount of power it has you really have to hold on tight or you’ll have food everywhere.

It is easy to use and seems to have the power. The one thing I don't like about it is the way the cord swivel is designed. It is very hard to rest the mixer on the counter.

purchased this preferring to competitors' similar designs which had much less power. Blades look "delicate" but are well made and strong, cut easily through thick dough/mixes. My only somewhat negative comment is that for small-handed cook, the grip is a bit hard to hold firmly. Happy overall so far...

I'm pleased with the mixer's design and ease of operation. I however notice as compared to models produced years ago, the beaters appear to be rather thin. Nevertheless I've just started using the mixer and will see whether that makes a difference over the longer term.

Everything about this appliance would be great except for one fatal flaw. The lowest speed is way to high. I tried to cream butter and sugar and my ingredients went flying around the room. It is supposed to get started slowly and build up but it doesn't. I can't imagine what to use it for that won't make a mess like that.
