We enjoyed making our own Belgian Waffle at the hotel we stayed past summer, and I was thinking about getting one for home use. The waffle iron works great! Can’t wait to try the recipes in the back of the manual. We used a recipe from a friend the first time. The batter was too dense, so we put them in the toaster oven. Otherwise, we’re very happy with the purchase. It’s like we have the same waffle irons that are used at hotels with their complimentary breakfast service.
