I was a little disappointed with this, as it was a replacement for an old Cuisinart Belgian waffle maker. I didn’t seem to cook evenly until I used it four or five times.

It’s actually a pretty good machine. However, the only complaint I have is that it does not have a timer noise when the waffle is done. The “ready” light silently comes on. When I am cooking, I multitask, so hearing a noise that the waffle is done would be helpful.
