In most ways I am satisfied with my coffee maker. What I'm not happy about is how there are coffee grinds in the carafe just about every time I make coffee.

Makes a great tasting pot of coffee and I love the features. The only complain I have is the way the water and grounds are put into the pot. Each time I get ready to brew, the entire put must be pulled all the way from under the cabinets to fill with water and grounds. Also, it's very awkward putting water into the reservoir if using the carafe. Makes excellent choice but not easy, (almost unsafe), to prepare. A side or slide out reservoir and grind holder would have made this an excellent purchase.

It makes great coffee and keeps it hot. However, the handle on the carafe is crooked and that makes it look weird, although it doesn’t interfere with it’s functioning.

This is a replacement for another Cuisinart coffee maker. I'm very pleased with this one, which makes good, hot coffee. I like the idea that there is a button that will light up to show when the machine should be cleaned. My only problem is that the carafe drips when I pour with my left hand, and I'm a leftie. I have to try to remember each time to pour with my right hand.
