I’m okay with this coffee machine. Honestly, my previous coffee maker, same brand/model was better. I think this one brews kinda fast which makes an acceptable cup of coffee but not the best.

I do not like the beeping sound when brewing cycle is complete; it is a bit obnoxious in its tone and duration. Need option to turn it off if one chooses not to hear it. Carafe lid should be hinged but removable if one needs to.

I wanted a WHITE coffee pot that just makes coffee- this is almost exactly like the one I had before it and used for years- it is well-designed- clean- compact and easy to both use and clean- also reasonably priced- 5 stars!

Sometimes you just want a classic coffee maker that looks good on your kitchen counter. This is the one for us. Small footprint, big 12 cup pot. Easy to program, use, and clean.

Purchased this model to replace same one that quit working. Features are the same with some slight design modifications.
This far, it's worked well. However, have a couple issues: 1) when adding water after brewing stops (my wife doesn't like her coffee as strong as me) it doesn't seem to continue brewing, or at least does so very slowly, unless you turn off and back on again and 2) the unit has already needed cleaning even though it's still very new. Our last one seemed to go much longer before it's first cleaning.
This far, it's worked well. My only complaint is when using the carafe to fill the water reservoir, it tends to spill into the machine where the coffee grounds are meant to be. This, I believe, is because it’s impossible to get the last bit of water into the reservoir without some contortion. Other than that it’s a solid coffee maker!

Living at altitude it is unusual to have a cup of coffee hot enough right out of the pot. This one does a it. The brew temperature seems to be hot enough to bring out the flavor in the coffee. Easy to use and clean up.
