Great burr grinder! The different grind settings always offer the perfect solution when I can't choose between French Press or drip coffee. Absolutely love this thing.
I received this as a gift. I love it! You can adjust how fine or rough the grind is and how many cups you need. Easy to add beans, easy to operate, even has an adapter to affix your espresso grounds holder. I don't have an espresso machine but I need to get one so I can make use of that feature. 😉
The grinding port tends to leak a noticeable amount of grounds onto the counter each time it’s used, and the interior chamber builds up residue quickly, causing frequent jams. Even after carefully cleaning it according to the instructions, the jamming persists and the grinder often stops working properly. I’ve only used it a few times so far, but these issues have made it frustrating to rely on. While I appreciate the thoughtful gift, this particular model hasn’t lived up to expectations for me in terms of reliability and mess-free operation.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the grounds spilling, residue buildup, and jamming issues—it’s understandable that these challenges have made using the grinder frustrating. To help prevent jams, please ensure the grinder is fully assembled, the grinding chamber is cleaned thoroughly after each use, and only the recommended amount of beans is used at a time. Grinds well. I haven't had any issues with clogging yet, but I haven't had it very long. I'm giving low score because of the attached rubber stopper closing piece that just HANGS off the lid. It's so ugly. It literally just hangs like an eyesore. It is only useful if you ground large amounts of coffee at a time, but even then, you would need to store the collection container elsewhere. The collection container doesn't fit well in its place with the stopper lid closed. So it just sits in my kitchen, looking like it's wagging a tail. I will probably just cut it off soon.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear the grinder is performing well so far and that you haven’t experienced clogging. We’re sorry to learn that the attached rubber stopper design has been disappointing and feels inconvenient and unattractive in everyday use. Your comments about the collection container fit and overall design have been shared with our product team, as feedback like this is helpful when evaluating future updates.
The grinder works well, but if you use a bean that’s oily, or if you want a very fine grind, you will find that this grinder comes to a “grinding halt”. This occurs every time I use this grinder, and it requires me to clean the machine from the shoot where the ground coffee drops, up toward the grinding mechanism. So here’s how to do it - take something like a pick that comes with a nut cracker and work your way up the shoot to release the clogged grounds. Then you will need a 3/4 pipe brush to thoroughly clean the poorly designed shoot (coffee has to flow in a curve from the grinder to the shoot) until you can see the brush come through the permanent grinder (you need to take the grinder apart as you normally would for routine cleaning). The pipe brush is the only way I have found to get the grinder unclogged and back in use. The nut pick just clears a path for the brush to get into the shoot. Sadly, it takes more time to clean the machine than it does to grind the coffee I desire. Other than that, it’s great.
I received this grinder a couple of weeks ago and, so far, it has done a good job of grinding me fresh coffee. After a few test batches, I was able to get the grind/volume dialed in and that has been great. It is also much quieter than I expected. Two areas of improvement are that the hopper is not very large. I can only fit about 1/2 Lb of beans in at a time. I have also noticed that the hopper can get clogged sometimes, so you have to keep an eye on it as it grinds.
