I couldn't be happier with my boombox purchase. The quality sound, its functions, color, and light weight. You can't imagine the joy on one's face in a nursing home being able to play church hymns again in their room and sounding like live music.

I was looking for a compact radio that I could fit in my small office without it taking up too much space or getting in the way. This radio is a great fit! It has AM/FM and a CD Player. I love the clear, digital display. The radio is easy to use and meets my needs. Perfect for when you just need a little white noise in the background. Helps my day go by quicker, plus I can stay informed by tuning in to newstalk while I work.

The CD player plays well. The only issue is that there in no jack to attached to an external speaker.

And it's not just for those who are still enjoying CDs; for radio lovers, the band tuner is digital, eliminating the safe-cracking precision required of analogue tuners to land on your favorite station. If you want to plug in your mp3 player, or stream from another device, there's an accommodating 3.5 mm audio input for just such occasions. It's small and portable, and if you've got 6 C-batteries, then you've also got a handy device for blackouts and emergencies that require being on the move. Solid buy, I love it.

i got this for christmas, because i live listening to audiobooks. i couldn’t believe you can also plug your phone in! i use this feature even more than my audiobooks, and if it came with the cord to do so, this is the perfect product. i also love the very sensitive volume, so it’s always at the perfect level. it’s very user friendly, which i appreciate. overall i love this cd player! ❤️❤️❤️

Good portable radio.

We have had other GPX portable CD player/radios. The CD player broke in one, and I was unable to fix it. We were looking for a portable radio we could have in our basement in the event of stormy weather and would run off batteries. I like the style of this radio, and the speakers sound good.
