I bought this radio boombox to listen to at night. Having the tv on with the bright light made it hard to sleep. So I bought this radio. Clear channels. Love the color. It also comes with a CD player as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this is actually a pretty good radio. my only issue is there is no external antenna. so I have to move my whole radio around for a decent signal instead of rotating a extended antenna.

Decent size and intuitive design, was surprised how loud it was when I maxed out the knob. Love that I can run it on batteries and outlet power.

Plays CDs really well.

This unit plays CDs really well with great sound. However, I got this primarily for a home radio for news/weather , etc., but I get lousy reception with much static, and I am only a mile from a radio tower. Tried 3 plug in locations in the house with same results. Lots of static compared to a smaller radio just a few feet away.

I couldn't be more pleased with the size and light weight of this boom box. the sound quality is great and the volume goes up really loud and the music still stays clear. I like the way the ac adapter gets hidden in the battery chamber on the bottom of the box. love the color too, it's more like a crimson color and not red. I was very pleased with the color because I'm not to fond of red...the radio stations come in so clear and the CD player works well also. I am just so in love with my boom box and is one of my best purchases by far.
