Very pleased with my pot of coffee on weekdays and my lattes and cappuccinos on weekends. A little bit of a learning curve as this is my first espresso machine but easy to learn and use. Already have a separate coffee bean grinder so didn't want to have that included.

The coffee maker is pretty good, but I find it really hard to get the measure of espresso grounds right. A lot of times it doesn’t drip and the water sits at the top of the espresso, therefore I have to dump the wet espresso grounds down the drain and start over. The steamer is okay. It takes a while to get hot and even then sometimes it will shoot out spurts of water rather than all steam, I wish I had just gotten a regular coffee maker and saved the money.

I owned an earlier model and decided to buy a new one. Notable improvements in the carafe design and the electronic controls. I use it mainly for regular coffee, but enjoy the espresso features too.

I bought this because my old coffee maker was warm at best and the carafe spilled coffee every time I poured a cup. This thing keeps my coffee hot and no more messy spills when I pour coffee.

All in all I am pleased with this product and recommend it to anyone looking for a better coffee maker.

The fact that this machine is an all in one espresso machine is good. However I don't like that the espresso part of the machine is manual. You can't set how much espresso to automatically brew. Also the coffee part only brews in a carafe. There should be an option to brew into a cup or tumbler. I wish i researched a little more before settling in on this.. Other than those things the machine operates as described.
