[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought AC about 3 weeks ago; it does cool very fast however it is too loud.
Also, the control suddenly stopped working. (Its not the batteries)

The controls are a little strange on how they are set up
I’m very sorry I purchased this air conditioner and wish that they had it running in store to hear the noise it made
