[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Odyssey G70F feels durable and professional, and positive features include an adjustable stand, a built-in cable management system, and quick setup with included HDMI and DisplayPort cables.
Powering on from sleep mode takes nearly 15 seconds for my personal set-up, which is noticeably slower than my other monitors that wake in about four seconds. It’s only slightly annoying though, not a deal breaker and might be something I can tweak. I’m usually fiddling around during this short time span anyhow.
It has an 180 Hz refresh rate, providing incredibly smooth motion with no visible ghosting, blurring, or input lag. My fast-paced games feel fluid and responsive, while its 4K resolution makes slower, cinematic titles look stunningly detailed.
Out of the box, colors are inaccurate and HDR appears washed out, but with manual tuning, the image quality improves dramatically, producing vibrant tones and balanced contrast. Dark scenes are handled adequately but they can’t match the deep blacks of an OLED display.
The monitor’s brightness, clarity, and easy controls make it nice for everyday use or entertainment.
Although I’m sure this is only from my setup, Its shortcomings for me personally include slow wake time and average HDR, but are small trade-offs for its performance and sharp visuals.
Best for: All types of gamers, from competitive players to immersive explorers.
Easy to set up. Recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great monitor, especially for gaming.If I were looking for a monitor just for gaming. The visuals are amazing the flexibility of “detail” mode and “speed” mode means it covers both worlds.The frames are really good when playing on our game console X and the colors are amazing . The monitor gives nice frame rate feedback and looks like it maintains a 120fps with no clipping in motion. I’d recommend it, with the caveat that you make sure you’ll use and benefit from the high-end specs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 27” Odyssey G7 is honestly really awesome. I love the dual mode setup and how you can jump between a smooth 360Hz in full HD or a super sharp 180Hz in 4K UHD easily. The fast IPS panel and 4K resolution make every color pop with accuracy, and the HDR10 brings out deep shadows and bright highlights that actually look realistic, not washed out.
Gameplay feels really responsive, I also love that it has auto source switch+, so it instantly swaps to whatever device I turn on and I no longer need to be digging through menus.
the ergonomic stand is super practical, you can tilt, raise, or pivot it for the perfect angle and the ultra thin bezels and matte anti glare coating make it better by blocking reflections. I would say that it does have the elite performance, crisp visuals, and a monitor that adapts to everything you throw at it, definitely worth it in my opinion.

Great Graphics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My nephew plays Call of Duty and we set up this monitor for his Xbox Series X. The graphics are fast loading and very rich and vibrant. There is no lag in fast action and it is seamless. The construction of the monitor is sturdy and it was easy to assemble. By changing the refresh rate on the Xbox it was able to connect with ease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung is always on target with their electronics, and the 27” Odyssey G7 G70F is no exception! First of all, the packaging is solid; no worries that it will break before you get it home. Second, the way that this thing is packaged makes it easy to put it together as you're unpacking it from the box! Third, having it ready to plug and play made my day!
The picture on this monitor is crisp and responsive, definitely overkill for spreadsheets but spot on for online movies, video editing, and gaming. The images are life-like and there really isn't anything negative I can say about the monitor... Although it is on the pricey side, you get what you pay for. If you want a monitor that is capable of displaying all of the colors, while keeping the bleeding lines of high motion video and games from entering your brain, this is your monitor!

Wow...amazing clairty

I tested it my pc and flight simulator blew me away. The clairty was amazing. Colors were very vibrant. I just wish it was a tad bigger. 0 lag, impressivly fast and extremelt accurate colors. This monitor has put samsung at number 1 on my list. Gaming was addicting. Did a little 4k video editing and viewing on it and it was just as great. The screen is super nice.

The colors are rich and vibrant, the high refresh rates are seamless, and the customization options are numerous. But don't just take my word for it - you really need to see it in person to appreciate its quality. Even my photos don't do it justice, as they're being viewed on a different monitor. If you're interested in this monitor, I highly recommend checking it out in person. The stand is sturdy, I also appreciate the lack of speakers, as it saves space and cost, and I'm sure you have your own speakers anyway. One minor issue is that the instructions could be more detailed, particularly regarding the USB-B input. However, this is a minor quibble, and overall, this monitor is an excellent choice.
