[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heavy-duty stainless steel popcorn maker is easy to use right on top of the stove. It works great and only takes 3 minutes to make a batch of delicious popcorn. It is healthier for you, as you can control the amount of oil and butter you want to use. It is also cheaper because you can buy big containers of regular popping corn.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This popcorn popper brings me back to childhood movie nights with my family. It looks like an old-fashioned stove-top popper with its hinged lid and wooden handles, and the popcorn is as tasty as I remember it. No more microwave popcorn for me. With this, I determine the ingredients that go into the popcorn. No more burned popcorn. Turn the handle on the lid, and the stirrer keeps the kernels moving. The lid has steam vents to keep the popcorn crisp and is hinged on both sides for easy pouring. This popper works great on my induction cooktop and takes just 3 or 4 minutes from start to finish.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had my popcorn made either in the microwave or an air popper. This is the first chance I've had of making it stovetop. I like the solid build of the steel model and the design of the handle. I have two small complaints: 1) the handle would only consistently turn in one direction - if I turned it the other way it would catch which means that if I was left-handed this would not be useful and 2) I wish the designers had made the exhaust vents pointing away from the handle. If the oil is just a little too hot, it will exit the vents and scald the user so it's important to get the temperature just right.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This popper is so easy to use and impossible to mess up. The instructions are clear and brief. The cleanup is easy and not messy. The cooking time is quick. Most importantly, the popcorn always turns out perfect. I tried it using canola oil and another time using coconut oil -- both times having great success.
