[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandson loved racing his cars with his little brother! Easy to use for both the 6 year old and his 2 year old brother. Great comparison to what he watches on tv. It was also easy to assemble. Fun product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely detailed and tons of fun for ages 3 to 99. Absolutely love the detailed castings...especially the brand stickers on the race cars. The launcher is fun and feels durable for hours of play without interruption.

Hot Wheels Formula 1 Racing Track
on September 3, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Formula 1 2025 Hot Wheels Racing set was easy to assemble and within minutes the cars were racing very quickly down the track. As the box indicated, it was easy snap, connect and play! The boys were happy that they didn’t have to wait for a long assembly before being able to play. Extra track isn’t necessary but would add to the excitement of each race. Decal were easy to apply.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great play piece and integrates nicely with existing track sets and play pieces. Also doubles as a nice little display stand for various car sets! All in all a great little set and the F1 cars included are also great looking

Very cool Formula 1 Themed Hot Wheels Track!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a fun hot wheels toy! It’s cool that it’s formula 1 themed and more realistic than other sets. The cars race each other with a checkered flag at the end. The yellow level starts the lights that give you the signal to “go” and press your button to race your car against each other. Well made and a fun twist on typical hot wheels toys and track sets! Definitely recommend as my kids have certainly enjoyed playing with this one!

Great Start But Needs Help to Finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Formula 1 Grid Start set is true to its name - it's a great start to something bigger.
The first experience with the set is its nice packaging. The box is recyclable cardboard with and easy open back panel. No knives or scissors required and a wonderful reprise from blister packaging.
The set assembles very easily and rapidly as well. Nothing crazy to do or anything hard to follow.
The set is supposed to serve as a launcher for the included F1 race cars, and it does that job very well. It works as designed and the cars rocket out of the launcher and down the track.
However, this is where the problem with the set comes in. The launcher fires the cars with much more force than there is track in the package. The cars rocket down the track into the end stops and then fly off the track. This is also the only thing this set does - there is no alternate play mode or configuration. You place the cars and you launch them.
As an individual item the set feels like it comes up short. Perhaps if it included more track or another way to configure things it would be more useful on its own. As it stands, it really requires you to have more track on hand to extend the raceway and make it more of a complete experience. The set does come with connectors to connect to other Hot Wheels sets, making this easy to do so long as you have the parts.
In the end the set works as advertised and does its job well, but it needs additional pieces to truly shine.

Formula 1 Grid Start Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great starter set for the formula 1 series of hotwheels. The cars are very sleek and detailed. Tower lights that actually countdown. You control the launch of the cars and a checkered flag will fall to the winners side of the track.
