Hate the app you have to use

Love the speaker. Out performs any other speaker I’ve had. Hate that you have to use an app that that takes for ever to connect, just to see what the battery life is. Why can’t it show in the control center battery indicator like any other accessory on my iPhone. Would have returned it right away if I knew that before using it for 2 days.

We purchased this speaker to use on our golf cart! It is perfect. Fantastic sound quality. Plenty of volume, even traveling at 30mph. The handle works great for attaching it to our cart. I would highly recommend this product.

We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Charge 6. In efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our electronic equipment, we decided to remove the power cable in our newest models as most consumers already have a power cable in their homes that they can use to charge our portable speakers.

Paint and scratch detachment

I customized my JBL to orange and it is already showing scratches and paint detachment. Very poor quality I feel very disappointed.

I purchased this on 1/7/26 (Order # JB-US03957962) and had it “Personalized” through their vendor. I’ve used it 1 time and the paint (or whatever is used for personalizing) rubs right off. It looks terrible. An awful looking speaker for being brand new. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Terrible

One of the worst speakers ever. Doesn’t hold a charge more than 2 hours. And that’s after letting it charge to full capacity. My cheap Amazon speaker held a better charge. I just wanted a speaker that put out more sound. It DOES put out more sound but only for 2 hours and then it shuts off. And even when you plug it up it will not cut in u til it is charged again.

Thank you for letting us know about it. The published playtime of our JBL Charge 6 is up to 28 hours. As we turn up the volume, the playtime will be reduced, much like a phone battery when you brighten the screen. Music with more bass will also reduce playtime. It is possible that the battery is working correctly but depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. To check it, try charging it to 100% and playing music at a low volume with the bass turned off. If it lasts close to the advertised playtime, your battery is in great health. Otherwise, it is losing its capacity. We invite you to contact our customer support for further assistance.
