I replaced my old ASUS P5K-E motherboard and so far so good. Everything has gone very smooth. I was very happy to see that they had repositioned two of the SATA6 ports to the side to make clearance for my video card. I have had excellent reliability with ASUS motherboards and I expect this one to give similar results. BL
Linux freezes at 90 minutes with a Ryzen 8700F. Tried with both Fedora and Ubuntu with the same results. No voltage related troubleshooting (C-states, etc) made any difference. The fact that the freeze is at exactly 90 minutes indicates to me it is some kind of system timer that may need resetting that has not been documented to the Linux kernel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dear Realtimecat,
Thank you for your comment.
We do understand your disappointment with the PRIME B850-PLUS WIFI motherboard and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing system freeze at 90 minutes with a Ryzen 8700F CPU. To resolve this, ensure the motherboard is running with the most current BIOS version. If BIOS is updated, change the Power Supply Idle Control from Low Current Idle to Typical Current Idle inside Advanced >AMD CBS> CPU Common Options. Additional, ensure the most current drivers for your Linux Distro is up to date.
