Good overall quality but bad keyboard layout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThinkPad is a very solid machine and well built. Two criticisms. 1. It's really heavy (too heavy) for a laptop. 2. The keyboard layout is very awkward because your hands are positioned on the left side of the screen. I am having great difficulty adjusting to having my hands on the left side of The machine instead of the middle. I would've chosen a cheaper 14inch model without the numeric keypad on the right hand side so that my hands would've been centered below the screen. If I could, I would return it for this reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great computer that shows fingerprints too much
