Smells like cheap trashy perfume

We have used and loved this soap for more than a decade. The new obnoxiously strong perfume scent is horrible. Please change it back.

Ruined a great product

New scent is awful. Why does everything have to scented? I've bought softsoap refills for years. Time for something different I guess.

A new, NOT-improved smell.

Like other reviewers, I'd been using this hand soap for several years as it was one of the few that didn't leave me with dry hands or a headache due to the smell. This new fresh scent is awful! It's strong, sharp, and headache-inducing almost immediately. I don't know if the new formula has changed moisturizing-wise because I can't even try it due to the new smell. Hopefully, Colgate-Palmolive will alter this formula to more resemble the previous one, and soon! Until then, the search for a replacement is ongoing.

NEW SMELL IS TOO STRONG! AWFUL!

Used to love this soap. They changed the scent to a "new" scent and it is over powering and too perfumy. The reason I used to purchase this soap was the pleasant smell. Please go back to original scent.

Why did you add a scent? I’m so sensitive to fragrances and I loved that the aloe Vera wasn’t scented. Please go back to unscented.

New smell is awful! Used this soap for years, never had a reaction to the previous scent, can't wash this gross smell off. Please bring back the previous scent!

Strong Scent & Irritating New Formula

For years, your Aloe Softsoap was the only liquid soap that had a pleasant, mild scent and didn't irritate my skin. As a daycare provider, I wash my hands countless times a day and always had Softsoap refills on hand. Unfortunately, new formula has awfully strong scent, my skin is extremely itchy and super dried out already. Prior formula was a 5 star product. Sorry to have to search for new brand now.
