Scent change ruined this product

I have been buying this scent for years because it had Z muted but pleasant (barely detectable) scent. Soft soap changed the scent and added a string/unpleasaht and lingering artificial floral scent that is overbearing. I knew immediately thsf something had changed. I will never buy Softsiso again,

Horrible new formula

I regularly bought this soap as I have fragrance and skin sensitivities as a staple, and loved it. I recently needed to buy more and noticed that the new formula has a strong, horrible fragrance added to it. I had been feeling congested and had eczema flair-ups since. I'm on the search for a new brand of soap since this is no longer a "holy grail" item. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by this change. It was a staple on our house and it is no longer. I will be returning the soap as I cannot stand the smell. Please, for the love of your loyal customers, change it back.

Horrendous new scent. Good bye after 14 years!

I've used this specific soap for at least 14 years. Now is the day where I stop and leave the brand altogether. You decided to change the scent to something truly bad. It's intense floral fruity smells of a cheap air freshener/perfume. I'm going out on a whim and thinking you did this to save money. It is actually costing you a lot more in the long run. I can no longer trust you for my hand soap. You should have at the very least consulted a few customers? Or a focus group? Such a strange decision knowing that companies have so much rich feedback to use. I would encourage you to rectify the situation by returning to the old light scent. If not, I will surely stay away (as will thousands if not millions more by the looks of the reviews).

New Formula Irritates Skin/ Horrible Now

The new scent has made the soap impossible for us to use. It irritates our skin since we started the new formula. Why did you change it? The old formula worked well. Shocks me how many companies “improve” their products and make them worse. I assume its a cheaper formula for you to make now, otherwise, why change your base product. Makes no sense.

The new fragrance smells awful!!

The new fragrance is truly sickening!! I just have to let you know how disappointed I was when I opened my refill bottle and tried it for the first time. The smell is so bad that I had to wash with other soap about six times to remove it. Why did you feel the need to change the smell so drastically? Did you even ask any of your customers what they thought? I am angry that I am now forced to pick a new product, and I'm also stuck with this whole bottle that I won't even give away because no one will want to smell like this. I hope that you listen to all of the customer feedback that you are receiving and please bring back the old formula.

Smells cancer-inducing!!!!

This heaviest (new) fragrance smells (crazily) even more heavy compared to cologne!!!! But it'll be a (perfectly) cheap gift to give to "specific" co-worker(s) for a (holiday) present though!!!!
