PLEASE bring back the old formula

I LOVED the old formula! I have terrible migraines, and it was the one soap that I could use without it bothering me. This new soap smells so strong! I can't use it. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE bring back the old soap. I don't know what I am going to do.

Soap stinks!

I have been a long time user of Softsoap because there was no strong scent. When I washed my hands I didn't have to worry about them smelling like some horrible perfume. The last bottle I bought said "fresh scent" on the label. I didn't see this until I got home and opened it. How about "no scent." You have a number of scented liquid soaps. Why couldn't you stick with the old formula. From the reviews, I'm not alone in my disgust with this new scented Softsoap. Today you see many medical offices and businesses that ask that perfumes not be used because of sensitivities. Your decision to put this smell into your hand soap runs contradictory to that. BTW, please don't try and use it in the kitchen. It can transfer the smell to uncooked foods. I'm heading back to the store to carefully read labels on other hand soaps. Fortunately there are some companies who realize not everyone wants to smell like a perfume bottle!

Horrible new stench

They changed the product without changing rhe label. It now has a horrible, heavy perfume stench and it dries out your hands. Everything likable about the original product is gone, and the new version is incredibly, unusably awful.

Change the formula back to the old one please this soap had nothing wrong wit it b4 why yall try to fix something that was perfect now i have to find a replacement scent free.

Terrible new formula

New scent is overwhelming and terrible. Used this product prior for 20+ years. Flavored up eczema instantly. Very disappointed.

Zero stars! Don’t give generic responses back!

Nobody wants to call your toll free number and we don’t want any of your suggestions on another one of your soaps to use. What YOUR CUSTOMERS want and demand from you is for you to go back to your old formulas on your soaps. This new formula obviously is NO GOOD. You can’t make it right for us unless you go back to the old formulas. Your new ingredients and scents
are damaging and giving us all ill effects. What will it take for you to listen to your customers? What more do you need for proof? All one needs to do is read the recent reviews since you made the horrible switch. Please just do us a favor and respond back with feedback that will actually solve these issues we are all having. I believe if we took your product to get tested by a dermatologist or industry expert they would give the same bad reviews. In fact, maybe your customers who have gotten rashes and severe dry skin need to look into being compensated for our dermatologist visits due to your new damaging product formulation. Please don’t reply back to this with one of your generic automated responses. We deserve more from you!!

The new formula is anything but soft

The formula has changed as of I think a year ago. Now, this soap is anything but soft.
For people with dry and sensitive skin, the soap is now very drying and causes irritation. The soap is also not soft in that the fragrance is very intense.
The choice for the fragrance also does not really make sense with aloe vera. Overall, it doesn't smell good.
I'm confident that Softsoap will change the formula back as they continue to get reviews like these and continue to see their sales for these decline. Now, I use a different brand of soap.
I find that the Mrs. Meyer's Cleaning Day lavender liquid hand soap--although expensive--does not dry out my hands or make them feel irritated. It has a much more natural smell.

They changed the formula and I absolutely hate it. Been loved the previous version for 7 years and I stocked up multiple bottles which were all used up a few months ago that I had to get this one instead. Absolutely terrible experience. Now I cant find my favorite hand soap anywhere in the market and completely lost what to get.
