Obnoxious New Scent

I have used this hand soap for over a decade. I absolutely loved it because, as the name implies, it was soothing on my hands, and best of all, did not have an obnoxious scent. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. The new scent is terribly obnoxious. Headache inducing. Please bring back to old formula, there's no need to mess with what was perfection.

New Scent Is Awful

The new scent is awful! I'm sensitive to fragrances and the Softsoap aloe vera liquid hand soap was the only one I could use. The fragrance is so strong now it stays on my hands for hours. My eyes start to itch and tear up every time I use the soap. Sadly, I won't be buying Sofsoap products any longer. There are many customer reviews about the changed scent in many of their hand soaps. Please listen to your customers and go back to the old formula.

New Formula Made My Eczema Worse

New formula is terrible! I have been using the original version for over 20+ years. It was gentle enough with my very sensitive eczema skin. The new formula turns my skin red, dry, and very itchy. Please bring back the old formula.

New Scent is Awful

I've been using the Aloe Vera Softsoap for years. I tried to use the new scented version and just can't stand the scent. It has actually triggered migraines for me. I am so very disappointed in the change you made to my once upon a time favorite hand soap. I'm looking for a replacement product. Please bring back the old scented version.

Fragrance too Strong

I am disappointed that the fragrance on the Soothing Clean with Aloe has become so strong that I can no longer use it. My entire family noticed the new scent and found it offensive to our olfactory senses. This was the soap I had used for over two decades but now I will just use my favorite dish detergent instead. Please consider making a non-scented soap.

Bring back the Original Aloe PLEASE!

Bought a refill and noticed the smell is horrible. Stinks. Why would you all change this. I have sensitive skin and the old product is what I could use. This one smells so strong. Please bring back the original aloe soap! Help us.

Horrible change in fragrance!

Like many of the other reviewers, I have used this product for many years (at least 15). It had a very light, pleasant fragrance. This new "Fresh Scent" is awful. It does smell like raw aloe vera, but that's not a good thing. I tolerate the real aloe vera odor when I'm using it, fresh from my garden, for burns and fire ant bites. I won't be using this new scent formula as it is unpleasant for washing hands. I'm very disappointed in this change. Please bring back the original formula.
