Terrible Change in Formula for Sensitive Skin

Your new formula is terrible for people with sensitive skin, I used your soap exclusively for many years but now it makes my hands bleed. I need to find a new brand now, which is hard to do.
Please consider switching back to your original formula as it helped so many.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overpowering Fragrance-Can't Use Due to Allergies!

The Soothing Clean replaced the beloved Soothing Aloe Vera Moisturizing Hand Soap which I have used for years and loved it. I have allergies (which include to fragrance) and had no problems while using it. You replaced it with the Soothing Clean version which smells terrible! The fragrance is overwhelming! Many friends used the original Aloe Vera version due to it not having an overpowering smell and left hands feeling moisturized and not stinking! I couldn't stand to smell my hands after using the Soothing Clean version and hoped I wouldn't have an allergic reaction to it! I actually threw the bottle away. Now I wish I would have returned it for a full refund! Whoever decided the sticky version was better than the Soothing Aloe Vera Moisturizing version should be fired!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Why did you change the scent!? It was the only soap I could use now I can’t use it anymore!

hate the new perfume scent

I've used this soap forever and recently my refill ran out. I bought a new bottle and it now has a really strong perfumed scent. Ugh.

Used to be great then they ruined it.

I had been using Soft Soap for probably over a decade. It was literally the only hand soap I'd ever buy. Then, for some bizarre reason, they decided to put a really strong perfume in it. Now I've got a large bottle of soap that literally makes me feel sick from how strong the smell is.

The new fragrance is horrible and the soap is now causing allergic reactions. Loved the soap before it was reformulated. Will no longer be purchasing.

Why mess with perfection?

As soon as I opened the new bottle I could smell the strong smell. I tried getting used to it but it stays on our hands and wafts into the hallway. It really bothers my allergies. I was tricked because the two bottles both say “Soothing Clean Aloe Vera Fresh Scent”. Why ruin a perfectly good product and replace it with yet another scented Soft Soap? Don’t recommend that I try another “milder” scent. All I want is the original back. Why would you keep this product with so many bad reviews? Please bring back the original product!
