Like so many people, this new formula is awful and caused intense migraines. Why change a great product? I bought the old formula for so many years and now I have to find a different brand of soap. I read the company's response of a previous review, their only suggestion is to try a different scent?! Clearly they don't understand the difficulties of people who have scent allergies. Softsoap, please bring back the old formula!

I've been buying this by the gallon refills because it was low odor and gentle. The new smell is horrific! It is so strong that I can leave a room I was in and walk back in and smell the soap from my hands - from having just been in the room - not just washing them, just from being in there! It's horrible! Now I have to find some kind of alternative!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have been using Softsoap Aloe Vera moisturizing liquid for years. My skin is very sensitive & I am sensitive to fragrance & chemicals. Clearly the formula changed with the slight change in name. The soap in the most recent refill bottle has a different scent & has made my hands dry, chapped & irritated. You've lost a loyal customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For years, we have only bought this soap. I react to many soaps because of perfume or lanolin. This one was great. Now (in the last year) they have changed the Scent and I can no longer use this soap. I react with redness and itching. My husband won't use this soap as he does not like smelling "floral" even after rinsing and drying.
Please either go back to the old scent, or come out with a scent-free product!

I am about to order online, & was confused by the new label on the ALoeVera bottle that has the word “scent” added to it. SO i came to the SoftSoap website to find out why. After reading these reviews, i understand that they have added scent to a soap that does NOT need it. And does their customer Service even read the reviews? Multiple customer have said that any scent gives them a rash or migraine headache, and Customer Service suggest they try another one of their scents! Hello!!!-ANY Scent can trigger a migraine!!! And your unscented soap is terrible. I will be buying anything except SoftSoap from now on.
